Restoration of the life cycles of ETECSA services.
1. What are the measures that are maintained in the month of November?
Remain:
- The 10% discount for payments for telecommunications services through Transfermóvil.
- Differential pricing in the mobile voice and data network in the early morning hours.

- Free access: to the information and research applications COVID19, to the Cubaeduca and online reviewer sites (MINED) and to the sites of the Ministry of Higher Education (MES).
2. From what date is the due date for the payment of the telephone bill restored?
R / As of December 1, the expiration date of the telephone bill is restored, in this case the one corresponding to November traffic will have until December 30.
3. What happens if I don't pay the phone bill on the indicated date?
R / The service will be disconnected as established in the contract.
4. What is the time available to pay a debt of several months of the telephone bill?
R / If you cannot make the full payment of your debt before December 30, you must go to the commercial office to establish a payment agreement with the company.
5. When is the life cycle of the Nauta Hogar service reestablished?
