- Vehicle circulation license
-Updated proof of payment of land tax for the current year
-Sale contract in the case of initial registration
-Technical opinion of the National Transportation Directorate, work order of the workshop that provided the installation and / or repair service, and the invoice, in the case of engine and / or body change (when it involves conversation).
-Present the vehicle in good technical and clean condition to carry out its technical inspection.
-Representative card (for vehicles of the state sector and other entities).
-Updated proof of payment of the tax on ground transportation.
According to Law 24 and Resolution 8/99 of the Ministry of Finance and Prices, the payment of the tax on documents in stamp stamps will be in:
-National Currency (CUP) for Cuban natural and legal persons and foreigners permanent residents in the country.

-Cuban convertible peso (CUC) for foreigners temporary residents in the country and accredited foreign companies.

-Tax on the document by affixing stamp stamps for requests for procedures in the vehicle registry, according to tax law 73/94 of the tax system and resolution 8/99 of finance and prices.

The transfer of ownership of motor vehicles is registered at the vehicle registration office belonging to the Ministry of the Interior, which corresponds to the owner's domicile, within (30) days following the act of transmission.

-Resolution of the person empowered by the body or entity that authorizes the transfer.
For engine and body changes
-Order of the work of the workshop that provided the installation and / or repair service, the invoice and the technical opinion of the Provincial transport direction.

To obtain registry data certificates

-The certificates will be requested at the Vehicle Registry offices of each province, according to the area of ​​residence of the interested party, submitted the request in writing and paid the corresponding tax on documents.
