Our exclusive responsibility corresponds to the function of imparting justice on behalf of the Cuban people.

Function

Attention to the population in the People's Courts is offered every business day and during working hours, in a place with the necessary conditions to guarantee adequate privacy.

In the Popular Municipal Courts, the President and the Judicial Secretary are in charge of attending and processing the population's proposals or those complaints or denunciations that are made against the auxiliary personnel. The accusations that are related to the judges are immediately received and forwarded to the Secretary of the Governing Council of the corresponding Provincial Court for processing, communicating this to the promoter; in the same way it is proceeded in those cases that due to its content warrant it.
