For the granting of the service, the requirements following should coincide:

a. The mother had been linked in relation to work upon the birth of the son or when this acquired the disability.
b. He had abandoned your labor link before the need to dedicate oneself to your care.
c. The degree of disability of the son impede it agreeing to the national system of education, including any variety of educational attention or another institutional alternative of the MINSAP.
d. That the son with harsh disability is in pediatric age, considering that in this stage they benefit by the rehabilitation programs and stimulation, as well as educational and psicopedagógicos of ambulatory way, indispensable for evolution, forecast and the quality management of life.
