By births:

-In maternal hospitals: Newborns who are registered in the civil status registry before the mother leaves the hospital may receive the minor card at the hospital itself. It is required to present the identity card of the parents and a stamp stamped for 5.00 CUP.

- Those who do not receive the minor card at the Hospital: the minor's birth certificate, a stamp worth 5.00 CUP pesos and a parent's identity card are required.

Young people who arrive at the age of 16.
