Juridical Dispositions Resolutions Not 54 and 55/14 of the Institute of Physical Planning
The people interested in constructing houses by one's bootstraps in state-owned lots will have to present his request and foundation, relating besides full names of the applicant, ID card, direction of the domicile, place of location, composition of the family unit, as well as sworn statement that he does not have another house, neither it is superficiary of a plot of land or barren building lot to construct a house by one's bootstraps.
The assignment of plots of land and barren state-owned building lots for residential construction by one's bootstraps will come true to the natural persons, that previously are authorized by the Advice of The Municipal (MAC) corresponding administration, taking causes into account and priorities for said granting and is legalized in front of the Municipal Management of Physical Planning (DMPF).
Once once the Agreement of the MAC was received, the payment by way of lot comes true, in the bank branch of the place where this meets.
Term: 60 days for the payment of the building lot in the bank branch.
Term: 30 working days from the presentation of the banking slick that credits the payment of the building lot to obtain the Resolution that recognizes the Dereche Perpetuo of Surface.
They establish themselves as cause them and priorities for the granting of plots of land and barren state-owned building lots the following:
- Having been affected by disasters.
- Needy in eradicating conditions of precariousness.
- Social and kept cases.
- Located in zones of risk, that include seismic dangers, natural disasters and other ones.

The juridical regimen of the plots of land and barren state-owned building lots that are assigned is by way of Dereche Perpetuo of Surface, and will be able to be granted to several natural persons to construct his houses in a same building and to a natural person to construct a single-family housing.
The plots of land to deliver will have a dimension between 80 and 150 m.
Natural persons bring their request before the government employee of Physical Planning (OGTV). The file will contain request and his foundation, full names of the applicant, ID card, direction of the domicile, place of location, composition of the family unit and sworn statement that he does not have another house neither is superficiary of a plot of land or barren building lot to construct house by one's bootstraps.
